We build the way we invest.
Our family also invests in and holds multi-unit buildings through MirzaCapital Investments, so we build to the owner's pro forma, not the contractor's.
The people who sign the contract walk the job. Our crews do the work, each carrying its own insurance and WSIB coverage.
