Every BuildwithMGI project carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance, with you and your lender named as additional insureds on request. Every new build is covered by course-of-construction insurance for its full value, in place before we start work. Our crews do the work, each carrying its own insurance and WSIB coverage. We confirm WSIB clearance before every payment.

A former commercial building converted to residential under a change-of-use permit: 13 suites across two lobbies, with two suites entered directly from the street. Occupancy granted August 2026. Phase 2 is adding four more suites, taking the building to 17.
